Do you have a login to thomasbusonline.com? If not, I would urge you to do so. All the as-built data for YOUR bus is there.

So I go there, and there's a login page with no 'create new login' or anything.

It says to enter my assigned network/portal username and password.

Visit your locak Freightliner dealer and ask for a login. Bring your FULL VIN.
