What’s this part called

This is under the dash / steering wheel on my 2000 bluebird and it’s leaking air, so want to get a replacement. Any ideas what it’s called / what it is?

Its a pressure regulator. Any truck shop or even a napa should have one.

Where exactly is the leak? Some soapy water will locate any leaks.
