Things to look out for with a 7.3L power stroke

I'm making a trip to look at a '97 International pusher with the 7.3L power stroke. It has 115000 miles. Any suggestions on anything to pay close attention to when looking at it?

Check the mileage, highly likely the speedo failed and was replaced. That bus likely has twice the mileage

Perhaps. It has been a church bus for most of its life which in my head would tend to reduce the number of miles. It shows about 7000 hours of use., fwiw

I don't know of many churches that buy school buses brand new, most often they are used when the church buys them. Seems there are 100's of low mileage church buses out there.
