1998 366 tuneup parts?

I have a 1998 Bluebird with a 6.0l gas engine and manual 5 speed (36 passengers). I'd like to do a tune-up on it but I'm unsure as to what exactly I'm buying. Obviously, wires, plugs, dist cap, etc. I just want to be certain that what I'm buying is correct.

I was hoping perhaps someone could either point me to a kit or perhaps, a truck model/year that has the same specs as my bus.

Any assistance is most appreciated.

Thanks,

TimUntethered

your bus is a chevy express van cutaway.
dont know if you have the 2500 or the 3500 express but either way the 6.0 is the 6.0
also look into replacing the coil packs while you are doing the plugs.

Hey, thanks a million for the response! That said, I should have mentioned that I don't have a cutaway. This is full-sized (36 passengers) bluebird. I'm pretty sure the Express has EFI with electronic ignition. This appears to be carburated with dist cap & rotor so no coil packs. I was hoping maybe an old Silverado or similar had the same parts.

But alas, I think I found what I need. Rockauto has a "Bus" category. Their results look more in line with what I'm seeing under the hood. I think I'll try that.

Thanks again! Much appreciated

Hey, I appreciate the fast response. Nobody is going to beat you up because "I" didn't specify that I didn't have a cut-away!

Anyway, now that I know what to buy, I have some options here. As for the coil, great suggestion. Everything else on my list is "premium" or otherwise an upgrade. Thanks again.
