HELP!! - Chassis mount question

Hi all,

so Friday night we took off from the outskirts of New Brunswick headed to Liverpool Nova Scotia, in Bedford we stopped for gas and noticed the camber of the drivers side wheel was off. Had a look and couldn't see what was up so carried on the last 140Km of our tripped, arrived around midnight and went to sleep. The following morning we discovered that the top right mount for the upper control arm had rusted out and snapped. I checked the others and they seem but the mount seems to be welded on at the factory. I'm wondering if anyone knows if and where it might be possible to pick up such a mount or do I have to find someone who can fabricate one?

I have ripped a few off my jeep and they are readily available to be welded back on but you look like you have some serious rust going on there... the A arm mount looks rusted out also and just a recommendation but next time the wheel is off camber don't continue driving as things could have gone really bad for you.

I know, given the distance we traveled, the condition of the roads around here and the speeds we were driving we were incredibly lucky.

Looks like a "salt zone" bus. Make sure to examine the rest of the chassis and critical parts.

Gordy is back!!!

So the bus is back. Took it to Vans Autobody in Liverpool NS and 24 hours later he was all done. They fabricated some new mounts and replaced the old ones, patched one other area and gave the chassis and underside a once over. Did an awesome job, great price and super quick turnaround.
