3800 navistar DT466e

Hey guys I'm new to this website and new to skoolie conversions I got a 1999 thomas international dt466e and I was taking a look at the engine and it looks like theres 2 radiators one with normal coolant and the other is connected to the air intake does this mean that it has air and liquid cooling or what? Lol

The one connected to the intake is an intercooler.
