Many international ign switches are keyed alike at the factory.

Try this because i know it works.

Old square head, single cut gm/chevy keys. Get your hand on a few, insert into lock and jiggle and rake the key. Many many times it works!

As a retired repossesor i have about 30 gm square head keys that i used to repo international trucks!

Din’t cut or modify your wiring !

You tube- raking gm trucks ignition and see it in action .

Also, you can call the intl dealer parts dept.
Give them the vin and ask for a line set on the vin.
On that line set it will have the key code for the lock. A locksmith can cut a new key with the code.
