Re: cant start my 91 international.

Greetings. I also have a 1991 International bus by Blue Bird. My bus has a 7.3 L diesel engine. To the best of my experiences, all buses of this era use an ignition key/lock system. The only push button that I know of, is the push to release for the air brakes. To release the brakes, the engine needs to run to pump up the air brake system to about 70 psi. ..... Frank

Re: cant start my 91 international. how to push in "engine s

Try turning the 'stop engine' knob 90 or 180 degrees, and see if you can get it started in that way. Sounds as if you pulled the cable out too far. Otherwise you may have to dis-connect the cable at the injector pump and try to reinsert the handle side into its sleeve, and then reconnect the cable on the pump side. Once you do that a few times, you'll remember not to pull it out too far. Hopes this helps
