Crank ac pulley removal

Was seeing what this takes,maybe not being aggressive enough. I removed all 6 bolts and just think it's rust/stuck on. May need to get a slide hammer.

it looks pretty crusty.. you may also need to pull out the 3 hub bolts and the plate.. i cant remember if those pulleys fit over or behind that.

I have used some penatrating oil with no luck. Seen some on fleet board say use a little heat. I may try to stop at local bus barn and ask,the have a whole re fleet but don't know if any have ac.

I have a hydraulic gear puller. That will do it if anything else won't.

best solution? just put the air conditioner back in and enjoy next summer
no need to remove the pulley set

It is going on the bus we are keeping. It had 1 locked up compressor and idlers. We plan to move the Indoor units and replace everything else. I will say removing everything and keeping it usable was an undertaking, only thing left is the pulley.
