Look for service manuals on Ebay. For a bus that old it may be the only source for literature for your bus. That's what I had to do.

the manual set I gort for my 1991 covers I think 1988-1991 and the DT466 is a complete separate book... your year is proibably very similar.. most of the changes to thiose engines year after year were related to Horsepower and Turbo charger ratings..

my set is part number CTS-4253 by international harvester.

here is one similar for the 5 volume set... this will cover the CHASSIS of your bus but not the Body.. (engine, gauges, air brakes, air suspension, steering, wiring of the CHASSIS only..)..

International cts 4253 Truck Service Manual 1991 2000 3700 3800 4000 7000 8000 | eBay

If someone wants to buy me a sack of some nice smoke, I'll scan the whole 2 volume set I got. Just sayin.

But it would be cheaper, quicker, and easier to just buy the books.
