DT466e, New turbo needed. Where to buy?

Hi. I need a new turbo as I broke the VGT ring while cleaning it. Also, the actuator is broken too. Can anyone recommend where to buy this? I saw some online retailers who charge $2200 and I saw some Ebay listings which charge $300. Not sure which brand I should buy. Wish I could just have it rebuilt but not sure where and how long it takes. I am in Washington state. Thank you
