Electrical/Brake problem

Hello all!

I think I am experiencing some electrical issues: the air compressor for my driver seat stopped working and the "brake press" light on my dash came up upon reconnecting the battery (I had it disconnected for 2 weeks to prevent theft while I installed some locks for the battery compartment) The only other thing I did to my vehicle during that time was disconnect the rear heater and coolant pump to that heater.

I think I have hydraulic brakes and the reservoir seems full of fluid.

The brake press light on dash also stops when I restart the vehicle and the brakes seem to work just fine but it comes back on upon a few minutes of driving, usually while using the brakes... maybe its not electrical... but I have a feeling it is.

This is on a 1998 International 3800 T444E, any recommendations? Thank you!!
