Filters 'n stuff, several questions

Hello all, I will be replacing the filters for my International 9.0L. Can you guys help me with clearing up:


Fuel filters: Fleetguard 5019 and FRAM P1103A
Oil filters: MANN W962 and W950/17
Coolant filter(?) Fleetguard LF3307

1. Are the threads on the fuel/oil/coolant filters metric of imperial? Should be metric correct?
2. Are the dual fuel filters the same or different types? I doubt I can get the USA FRAM filter..
3.The 'coolant filter' looks to be just another oil filter, is this correct??
