Fuel hose part numbers

Jeffrey (2).pdf

This is for a 1996 International DT 466 engine with a mechanical fuel pump. I need the part numbers for two hose assemblies, marked number 5, and number 3 on the attached diagram.

My concern about these hoses, which are still serviceable on my bus, is that the rubber hose pieces have begun to deteriorate due to age.

These are both low pressure hoses, number 3 is the fuel return from the injector pump to the fuel filter housing (I think) and number 5 is the fuel feed from the fuel filter housing to the injector pump.

These are not cheap, and I wondered if anyone had cut the rubber bits out, and replaced them with standard fuel line and hose clamps?
