Swapping from Allison to Manual. Looking for a 6 speed Eaton Fuller or Spicer. I have a DT-466 engine

Check out my Buddy txstreetman channel on youtube. he did an AT545 to spicer 5 speed swap on an S-series Thomas which will be very similar to your 3800. may be able to get some pointers.. obviously the best bet is to find a donor truck. the IH 4700 / 4900 have very similar setups to the 3800 from the cowl on forward so you might be able to harvest pedals, flywheel, bell etc..
