International T444E Crank No Start

Greetings Folks, I have a 1999 International 1652SC T444E. It will crank but it will not start.

A few months ago It ran fine then suddenly, it stopped starting but it did not show any codes that I recall. It cranked and I noticed that the fuel had diesel bug so I cleaned the fuel system out.

I tried to start the engine and expected to have to prime it and thought it would be an easy start. That did not happen with Nexiq I saw the code” DTC 144 CAMP signal noise detected”. Next, I switched out the CPS and I got the code “DTC 612 Incorrect EECM Installed for CAMP Timing Wheel M”

Now it Cranks with no start if I clear the codes they come back.


Also, I hear a relay clicking up front sometimes.
