ISO a VIN for a 230 ST DT466e

Hey guys I’m wonder if anybody hav a vin number that can be used to reflash my ecm to that is 230 hp ST. my buddy works at a International dealer and we reflashed a test ecm I got to a truck a year older then mine mine is a 98 truck we used was a 99 with a 230 hp but a HT everything was fine trucked fired right up idealed jus fine no warm lights and had a decent jump in power I pulled hills in 6th it would struggle to pull in 4th prior it would run great wide open or anywhere thro the range but as soon as you came off the pedal completely it would throw a light and loose pedal till you shut off and restarted. Any help would be great guys I’m doing all I can to try to get the bus up to 230.
