T444E no throttle

Hi
I have a 2002 International
T444E engine

I have the warn engine light on and have no power throttle power. When I press the diagnostic button it says “oil/water”
I checked oil and water level/quality and it’s perfect.
I changed the ICP sensor because it was oily on the top connection. It didn’t help unfortunately and already cost me $200.

What could be the problem? what should I look for?
I need to leave the farm where I’m staying soon...

Check the fuel filter/water separator. Fuel filters aren't expensive, change them (if more than one) if you can't remember when it was last done (very common problem for "no power" issues).

Hi, I changed all the filters in April 2019 and did only 500 miles since. I started it every week since and it was fine. I have the Warn Engin light on and when I click on the diagnostic button the Oil/water light is on.
I will check the fuel filter

With the key "ON" and after the diag button is pushed the lights should start a blink code with flashing lights. Should be a 3 digit code corosponding with the flashes

Which light to count? The warn engine, the oil/water with the beep sound?

If I understand the code with the lights flashing, here is what I’ve got:
123-131-132-133-134-135-141-142-148-612-626

Can you explain more clearly what the problem you're having is? No throttle sounds like you're describing the gas pedal doig nothing when you touch it, which would be an electrical thing on a t444E. But the responses you're getting are related to the engine not producing normal power. it's unclear to me exactly what problem we're trying to solve.

Of course, I'm french so it's harder. ;)
- When I start the bus, I have the "WARN ENGINE" light on.
- Engine running on idle nicely but nothing happens when I push the throttle pedal / no power.
- I stop the engine. Turn the key back on ignition but I don't start.
- Then I push the diagnostic engine button to see the message on the dash.
- WATER / OIL light is on.

I changed the ICP sensor this morning but nothing improved.
It should be more clear. ;)

No worries, your english is much better than my french! but that changes everything, Your throttle is almost certainly electric, so it sends a signal to the engine's computer telling it how far you've pushed it down. If that signal isn't being received by the computer, you'll be stuck at idle.

The codes you've read agree. There's a list here: T444E Engine Control System

131, 132, 133, 134 and 135 are all related to the throttle position sensor... And I don't like the description of 612: Incorrect Electronic Control Module (ECM) Installed For Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP) Timing Wheel

Thank you. Very helpful. I was just reading the FLASH CODE CIRCUIT INDEX I found online. I made some mistake counting 2 of them, 148 and 626 doesn't exist.

Were you ever able to solve this? I have an 04 International T444e, and I'm having the exact same problem - no throttle response, codes 131-135. Any insight would be very helpful as a starting point. Thanks!
