I'd guess you're operating a T444e. If so, you'll be looking at just shy of a 5 gallon bucket.

Hi! I know that most users in US use Shell rotella 15w40 in theirs T444E engines. It is very hard to buy it in europe. I still trying to find some replacment for it. What I need to look for? CJ-4 15w40 type?

You can likely find Repsol DIESEL TURBO THPD MID SAPS 15W-40. That is a very common oil manufacturer in Europe.

A 1991 wouldn't be a t444e. It would either be a 7.3 idi or one of the dt series engines.

OP, take a picture of the engine and post it here before you add any oil to it.

Or you could do it the old fashioned way and add oil one quart at a time followed by checking the dipstick.
