2004 Bluebird Vision with a C7 Acert engine and Allison transmission.

I have a*2004*Bluebird*Vision with a C7 Acert*engine*and Allison transmission.
There is a similar post; however, in that post the bus starts.Currently*mine will not.
Just prior to this, I had tried to start the bus after sitting for a little over a week.I went through*the standard process, turn on key, wait until its finished going through the check etc. then attempt to start. The engined turned over several time; however, it would not start. The battery gauge was showing low and tried to cable*jump from a vehicle. With the jumper cables connected and the jumping vehicle now connected and running for*about 30*minutes, I tried to start.
When I turn the key to the run position (without starting), allowing the electronics to cycle and the plugs to heat up, the speedometer reads*engine*comm*failure,*trans*comm*failure, and ABS*comm*failure. All of the gauges start sweeping.*The starter does not engage to spin the engine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Step one -- charge and load test the batteries.
Step two depends on the results of step one.

Hey, I have a cat c7 and had to replace my batteries recently. Does your bus have a air actuated door? If so this seems to be the drain of voltage on mine. I bought a float charger and a battery disconnect to avoid over discharging the battery. Another helpful thing to do when you are ready to start the bus is to open the ringing bay and prime the fuel system. Mine started after a year of sitting with new batteries and priming the system. May not be the same issue but worth a try.
