c7 All american low oil pressure

Hi all,

I got a low oil pressure alarm at idle and a low oil indicated.

Checked oil, oil good but dirty (Will change with conventional and CAT filters)

Had a friend check the direct pressure from the T, it is within 5 psi dash indication.

I'm not sure what the sensor installation is supposed to look like (cant find good pics online of how its supposed to be installed) so i cant verify this part of the C7 troubleshooting manual.

Do you all think an oil change will solve this? I know c7s hate old oil.

Runs good at speed without hitting "Service engine soon" Cutoffs. I did not run it for an extended amount of time to prevent damage, just to troubleshoot.
