Power Steering

Good morning everyone,
Well Christmas eve I went to pull out my 2001 Bluebird All American A3RE with 3126 Cat. And I blow a power steering line.
Since I am disabled I am not able to get under my rig. However I was wondering is it a high pressure hose going into a steel line to the front. Oh excuse me, I noticed it pouring out just behind my rear wheels closer to the engine.
Being in the Northeast, I want to get a good Concept on what is damaged and the estimate cost to fix it.
