5.9 12 valve wont turn over

So when i turn the key on the bus powers up fine, when i turn it over it just constantly clicks over and over again. I think it could be a battery issue but dont understand why everything powers up, could be a lead issue but they dont look corroded or unsecured, which leaves me to believe its a starter issue in particular the solenoid, any thoughts?

check battery voltage
clean cable ends
and then look at the starter solenoid.

To help you understand a bit, lights and appliances need a very small amount of current flow.
To start the bus, it requires a HEAVY amount of current.
So your battery might read 12+ volts but if it has lost it's current power/capacity then all you will hear is a clicking sound.

That is why you might feel it is not the batteries but like everyone has suggested already, it is more than likely you need to charge or replace your batteries.
