Alison MD 3060, After Oil and Filter change.

Hi All,
I did the filter, oring, oil swap out on the MD 3060.
Followed the put-in gear forward and back a few times suggestion.
after which it sat for a few weeks. I moved the bus to its current location, which was less than a mile. It didn’t have an issue.

Have since moved it a few hundred yards.
I noticed a rumble, on last move.
It sat for a few days.

Started the bus. No rumble.
Put in gear it was rummbling again.
I had added the prescribed amount of fluid for the deep filter/Pan, and when I had checked, it looked to be within expected on the stick.

I haven't had the opportunity on flat ground to check the Dash codes from the Trans Display. (its parked on a slope).

thoughts please.

But that wasn’t there when I strarted. it began when I put it in gear.
