I wish there was a way to "fix" the stupid international split radiator.. and have a full rad and the inter-cooler in front....

Surely some aftermarket parts provider has something that would work?

Or you could have one custom made but I'm guessing that would be cost prohibitive....

Just get a regular non split rad like my bus has, then add separate intercooler/aftercooler.

Rad in, lower hoses on, all bolts started.
Next is de-aeration tank, upper hoses, CAC and tighten all bolts and clamps.

Coolant and grill work.
