Help! Fault Code 328 Intermittent loss of Power

Hi All!

I have an 2000 Thomas Saf-T-Liner with a 8.3 Cummins ISC who is struggling with intermittent loss of power. Weve changed the Fuel Filter and Fuel Water Separator, but to no luck still have the power issue. When draining our diesel from the tank we noticed sediment in the tank and proceeded to add Biokleen to try and loosen up the sediment. Am I wasting time trying to sit here and continually flush this? Im suspicious of our Lift/Fuel Pump after reading some other posts. I dont pretend to be handy at the mechanical side of the Skoolie life so Im at the hands of mechanics. Any ideas?
