High pitched alarm starts after bus runs for a while stationary. No warning lights.

After the bus runs for a while and heats up an alarm starts. It never starts when moving, only starts when stationary. Won't stop until I turn engine off for a bit.

It will also start after driving for a while and park, but let the bus idle.

It's coming from this thing under my dash area. What is this and why is it squeeling at me?

I've learned this is my universal alarm and that it's probably sounding because of high temp. My fan clutch lost power.

Thought I'd share for posterity.
