#1. 45 - 22 G SOLENOID CIRCUIT OPEN

#2. 45 - 14 C SOLENOID CIRCUIT OPEN

#3. 22 - 14 ENGINE SPEED SENSOR

There's enough fluid and I also changed the shifter housing

No luck. Currently checking the harness for any corrosion and broken wires

Coachwork: Our hot little grubbies...
Chassis: Ford CF8000 ExpeditionVehicle
Engine: Cummins 505ci mechanical
Rated Cap: Five Heelers
Our rig -- 1996 Ford CF8000
Our trans -- Allison 3060.
.
After replacing our starting bank, we had a similar no-shift.
We discovered a 'Hot' lead from a positive terminal to the trans brains.
After testing the length of it, we realized the circuit-breaker failed (near the positive terminal on the bank).
We replaced the circuit-breaker, and this cured our no-shift.
