Voith?

Cummins 8.3L ISC engine
Engine good running condition, started and was driven prior to decommissioning

Transmission in good working condition/order
Voith 864.3 transmission.

Looking at a transit bus on Public Surplus. Anyone know about the Voith transmissions?

Voith is a German company that manufactures transmissions, they're very common in Europe but as far as I can tell they're only used in city transit buses over here in the US.

No idea if they're even suitable for a skoolie application. Most of those buses are designed for stop and go traffic, not interstate travel at 70+ mph.
