Do Angry Birds Hate YOUR Skoolie Too?
Or is it JUST ME?
Thought I would check in with this amusing tale of the attack of the red dinosaur.

This is not so much a phenomena as being territorial. These dilly-ass birds see their reflection in the glass windows, think it's an intruder on their turf, and attack the perceived invader. Moreso because they see the reflection of themselves attacking and think the perceived intruder is attacking them as well. Maybe you already knew that and were being facetious, but that's pretty much what it is... ;) All in all, cool vid. Like the backing track... What is it?

Honestly I did not know until I asked a bird-friend. Maybe facetious is a bit much? I was having fun at the bird's expense, no harm in that? Damn dino banged on my bus all day yesterday! Tunes from: Under Earth - In the Arms of Anger

I just double-checked the definition. Not quite my intended conveyance, my bad. Sarcasm would have been a better word, I understood facetious to be synonymous... Like Bugs Bunny... NOPE. I guess not!

I think facetious & sarcastic have always had negative connotations, depending on who you are addressing. I use sarcasm a good bit, but usually in a good nature. If I really want to be clever I whip out some irony!

"The answer is 42." - Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy
Sadly (to some) I have never seen this film, but I have heard a lot about it.

You got some great slowed-motion video of that bird in flight.
But, you know, that's a red bird attacking your bluebird. I don't think he's got a thing against skoolies per se, just bluebirds. Must be those window eyebrows.

I don't see colors, I only see birds. Actually, I never see the birds - just the birdshit they leave inside my bus.

I am doing well! I hope you folks are doing the same? I feel bad about not checking in often, but I guess I am feeling less & less like a skoolie-dude lately? Only times like these when I realize I still AM a skoolie-dude. #birdlivesmatter

Pick up a Cat Fancy or similar magazine. Put the centerfold in the offending window.
I have casement windows in my house with inside screens. When I replaced the windows, I kept the old screens. They are taped to the outside of the new windows now until fall.
