Heading out soon for a near by (40 miles e/w) state park. Weather looks nice at mid-80's.

Next outing..... 2 Kool Skoolie group campout #2. July 13th on.

Thank you to those who gave all for America.

Home safe, great time. Did some 4 wheeling and a lot of relaxicising.

Leaving soon for another local glampout at Lynx Lake, about 25 miles. Bear and cougar country plus a bald eagle sanctuary.

00 buck at the ready.

I must have just missed you - I was at Deadhorse Ranch on Dec. 12 (after a week in the Forest BLM area near Sedona - then headed south to explore Quartzsite.

Spooky the cat

I am very sad. Spooky has been acting aggressively lately to the point of attacking me. I took him for his walk today and he managed to shed his halter and he's gone. Snowing lightly and getting very cold at night.

I'm very disappointed and hope he returns and is ok.

Sedona is one of the places on my "Gods Gift" list. I remember it being one of the most beautiful places I've visited.

Indeed great news. The not knowing and fear for the worst is a horrible feeling.
Not sure if you were on the road when he took of but sure a Smart cat to come back.
Sure you all slept well.

Later j

Thanks all. We are at home luckily.

Spooky seemed to sleep well, very well but he hasn't made a sound since he got home. Ate some last night and just now but a once chatty cat is very quiet. Hmmm. That must have been one hell of a 4 hour adventure.

May be he has smelled the freedom and adventure. Now he is planning his next escape , probably thinking about that jammy mouse that escaped him last night.
