I just spotted this shorty at Obey River Campground on Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee. Kentucky passenger car plates. there wasn't anyone around to talk to, but we will be here until Sunday, so I may be able to talk to them. I saw a dog tie-out cable so I know they are good peeps...
