We're rebuilding in to a Recreational Vehicle (not intending to live in it).

Planning to enjoy her as a family of 4, sometimes 5, plus 3 dogs.

Completed rip-out (stripped, filled bolt and screw holes with Bondo, rust converted, Rustoleum).
Completed subfloor (1" XPS with 1" strips of 2x4s framing and supporting. Free floating but wedged in by the framing strips. Laid 2 full sheets of 15/32 plywood (for the garage area) and the rest 11/32 plywood. Pinned edges with 1x2 wood around the chair rail. Oil based primer. Caulked. Waterproof painted.
