What do you mean: "Removed the original plywood floor that was directly on the struts. We were told that it was a design flaw on the 1985 Crowns"?
Yes, when that lawyer bought Crown in the 1980s and had the brilliant idea to make the floors from particle board or cardboard or whatever, instead of the marine plywood that had been used up to then with complete success, this resulted with many buses needing their floors replaced under warranty. (Good move, idiot...) Is this one of those affected buses?
