Welcome! 5-window? What's the goal? Live-in? Camper? Toy hauler? Mad Max-style apocalypse desert runner?

If it's not too late, see if the previous owner/bus yard has service records. More than most, those 6.0L Powerstrokes are very te00mpermental if they're not maintained correctly.

Thumbs up

Excellent questions!

it is a 6 window bus. The goal is to make it an office, temporary lodging/guest house/mobile vacation trailer and play space for me and my friends.

The previous owner did not have records, but the engine got a clean bill of health from the mechanic!
