Basic Info
This is a BlueBird shorty school bus I purchased @ 8 years ago.
Of the 4 buses I've owned, this was the favorite of the litter. Not too big, with the right engine/tranny combo I was looking for.
I've always dreamed of traveling this country on the back roads. Meeting the old folks and hearing their stories. My biggest fear is we are losing what makes America great.
My goal was to outfit this bus on a scavengers budget. I really think I've pulled it off. Everything is either repurposed, or bought from discount and second hand stores.
I've watched a number of "Tiny House" episodes, and I just can't understand how they've spent so much money for what they've gotten?
This bus has less than 20,000 on the chassis. It has less than 500 miles on the drivetrain.
AND I ONLY HAVE @$8,500 TOTAL INVESTED !!!!!
Boom!,..... Get you some of that 😉

I fabricated a deck on top of the bus.
I'm about to paint the exterior. Maybe a "Walking Dead" theme?!!!
Interior

The wood work is all made from reclaimed lumber.
The appliances are all second hand.
The shower pan and sink are from "habitat for humanity" Restore.
I can go on forever bragging.......
Customizations

This is my zombie apocalypse eradication vehicle.
That's right,.......I'm a big "Walking Dead" fan.
Plans are to paint a zombie theme on the exterior.
Some of the windows were blocked off.
The carpet is repurposed rope/hemp carpet from my loft apartment.
