1990 Chevy D60 Bluebird turn signals, and brake lights

Hi, I've been stuck for 4 days now on this issue. I'm have a wiring issue with my turn signals, and brake lights . My running lights work, and my right turn signal in the front works. Hazard lights when on, show all 4 are blinking, but only front right is blinking. We have traced wire after wire looking for a short, to jump. Cant find it. I replaced all fuses including both flasher fuses. . If anyone has any suggestions, or has had these issues with a 1990 bluebird, chevy d60 pls let me know. Thank you!!!

Make sure the bad side has a good ground wire.
