1997 international Locations of crank & start relays

1997 international (thomas) front engine. Where are the Locations of crank & start relays?
Not where manual says. Been looking for days.

Post up a picture of the electrical box under the drivers window

Relays are typically in the electrical panel. Have to take a screw driver to the panel with all of the switches, and it's in there towards the front.

Accessible, but not as easily accessible as on newer Thomas buses with an external outside door swing under the driver window. Yet, still in roughly the same location.

My bus has no outside door under the driver's window. On the inside is a panel with a dozen switches. Inside is 1 std 4 wire relay. I'm looking for the 5 wire crank relay. Down by the drivers left foot are 3 std relays. Outside on the firewall are 3 identical std relays for ECM, IDM, and XMSN AT.
The manual for "1997 3800" points to the interior right side firewall-dash area. No wiring or holes to mount relays. I've seen relays there on larger international trucks.

Found start relay and Thomas inhibit relay

I used a tone generator on the starter solenoid and found the starter relay near the exterior firewall near the steering column. See pic 1& 2.
I then used the tone on that relay to trace the wire amongst 20+ wires through the firewall and into a rats nest by the drivers left foot.
So I removed the ignition switch and put the tone onto the plug START center hole. traced it left to a Bosch relay with a yellow 32 wire that goes up into the rats nest behind the Thomas switch panel. So far all other relays have been Hella.
Pic3 shows the Thomas relay removed from under the dash. The 2 ORANGE wires go to M and F plugs which will mate the PINK wires and eliminate the bosch relay.
I still want to locate the Crank relay. There are 4 Hella relays nearby and one is yellow and larger. Hmmm 🤔
