1999 FS65 Right Turn signal not working

I am having a problem with the turn signals on my bus and I cannot seem to narrow it down. Here are my symptoms.

Left turn signal
Turn signals and hazards operating as they should

Right turn signal
No lights flash for either turn signal or hazards
No clicking sound for turn signal
Light on the dash solid and dim when turn signal is engaged
Light on dash flashes normal when hazards are engaged

If there is a fuse for the right turn signals, I cannot find it. All lights are new. Any ideas on what could be wrong or how to troubleshoot it?

Often signals not working is a fuse blown or bad relay. I can't tell you where those would be on your bus, but check fuses then move on to relays.

If it affects both hazards and turn signals I would check grounds, bulbs, and socket condition for all right turn lamps.

Update, I checked all the wiring and could not find a problem, I then checked the lights again, the right turn signals still do not work but the hazards do work on the right side.

Turn signals and hazards operating as they should

Right turn signal

No clicking sound for turn signal
Light on the dash solid and dim when turn signal is engaged

How many flasher relays do you have in your bus, 1 or 2 ?

And how exactly did you check the wiring, just by looking at them ???
