2002 Bluebird TC2000 - Speed alarm

So we just purchased our bus, 77 passenger tc2000 fe. When you go above 60 mph, an annoying alarm goes off and i was wondering if anyone knew how to disconnect this. Please help lol

havent heard of a speed alarm yet?
is it labled speed alarm?
are you sure its not oil pressure or temperature alarms?
lots of things it could be but not saying it is not a speed alarm just havent heard of that yet

Yes I'm positive it only comes on at 60 mph and it's so annoying

All the pressures and gauges are just fine when it happens it comes on at 60mph and stays on until you go under 60 mph

take someone with and take a ride and have them find the buzzer while you are driving and pull the ground.
unless you already know where its at.
connect one wire and it should shut up for you.

Thanks for this thread. I have the same issue on my 2001 Bluebird. It sounds like it’s the same alarm behind the instrument panel as the low air alarm unfortunately. So we can’t just disconnect the whole alarm. It doesn’t look like there’s an answer here so if you still need I’m gonna see if there are more than 2 wires going to it and will let you know.
