2002 HDX Wont turn over.

My 2002 Thomas HDX with a 3126 cat required a new Alternator but when it was reinstalled hot wire was switched on alternator resulting in it blowing all the rear breakers in the engine bay, after resetting i cannot restart where do I start to diagnose replaced starter solenoid and need help.

Thanks, Mike

It is possible some relays or other electronics associated with interlocks were fried in this massive short-circuit. Sorry I can't be of more specific help than that.
