2004 Blue Bird, wiring wizard needed!

Hey guys, I got a schematic from Blue Bird for bypassing the interlock on this bus. While he wouldn't tell me how to do it, he said the answer is in this schematic. I see F2 is the Interlock Power wire, just wondering what needs to be done to get it bypassed.

For reference it's a 2004 Blue Bird front engine, CAT C7 w/ Allison 2500 automatic. Thank you in advance!

Mines older and a Thomas, but the two types I've seen either can put a jumper wire in one of the relays, and is all it takes on newer ones, and ones like mine can bypass a certain solenoid.
