7 pin trailer plug

Hi folks. Trying to put a 7 pin plug on a 2007 international bus problem in having is brake light and directional come from different wire. How can I hook up the 7 pin so it works they all say brake light and turn signal come from same wire. Reason I ask in trying to pull a car behind us on tow dollie and going to use curt wireless proportional brake controller plugged into 7 pin connector. Thanks for any help.

As I understand your question, you now have amber (or could be red on a bus) directional lamps that operate separate from the stop lamps and you want to combine the functions. If so, you will need a 3 wir3 to 2 wire tail light converter like this:

Out of curiosity are the brakes on the dolly or the toad?

Trunt has it right, you can find those converters at various auto parts stores for about 10-15 bucks. I did the same thing on mine.
