Alibaba questions

So. I've sent a few inquiries to whoever on Alibaba for LifePo4 batteries and have yet to receive a response. I was looking at a set of 8, 280Ah since I anticipate my needs will be minimal (mostly refer). What is the secret to making contact with these folks? So far I'm 0 for 3
Thanks

How did you make the inquiry? Can you link the page?

I think they’re very backordered.

Search for michael caro on Diy solar forum. He does big group orders and has contact with the manufacturers reps in China. When I buy cells I’ll go through him, lots of happy people have ordered and he gets better pricing.

Last I looked they were at least 90 days out for the 272/280 cells so a few have switched to 150ah cells and made batteries using those instead, but my feeling is that they’re not keeping up with order volume as is so they’re prolly not getting back to you because they don’t have any to ship.

Also, "whoever" isn't good enough information (thus I requested the link). Who the supplier is matters, and some have better reputation than others.

If the supplier is Basen, they're a good supplier, they've been very responsive with me, and its likely as rffffffff suggests they are backordered.

I wasn't aware of the info you needed. I just sent inquiries to a few companies that came up first on the site

These are the cells I ordered:
https://www.alibaba.com/product-deta...517113167.html

Again, using Basen as the supplier (Alibaba is a marketplace like Amazon, there are many suppliers):

Fortunately I'm in no rush, I'm building the infrastructure at the moment....electrical, plumbing.... 2-3 months seems to be the average shipping time
