Anyone recognize these?

They were in the far left lower side of my exterior fuse box.

Just by the markings looks like a time delay relay.

Yes, of course, but why would they be in there in the first place?

At least on my bus I would say ‘doesn’t matter’ and move on! Best guess I have would be to run a coolant circulator or fan for a specified time after shutdown but it’s an absolute guess.

Could be, but why would a transponder need some kind of timer circuit on the power?

So that it shuts down after a certain amount of time after the engine is off otherwise it'll drain the batteries.

Hmm. That makes sense, and it might come in handy on my truck to turn off things I don't want to forget turning off.
