Bad cluster?

Hey all, spending today trying to figure out if I need to replace some sending units or if my dash cluster itself is just wonky. The only reading it gives is the battery gauge. The rest are just stuck in one place and don’t really read at all. I just replaced the grounds, (had some pretty nasty ones) and sanded all the corrosion in every connection I could find and added dielectric grease. No doubt that did some good somewhere! But didn’t fix the problem at hand. Fuse is fine also; I’m starting to think it’s just the cluster. The gauges were always kind of ‘sticky.’ What do you think?

Photo attached is of the readings given when the engine is running.
Bus is an ‘88 GMC Bluebird, 8.2L Detroit.

~Thanks!~
