Cost wise, this approach might work well as well. The minimum charge controller you will need is 100V/100A, because although you have up to 81.6V 29.43A going IN (from solar), you will have up to 24V 100A going OUT (from the solar charge controller to the batteries).
Victrons are nice, however that's an expensive proposition ($785):

Each one of your series strings would get a charge controller, and like john mentioned this can actually be more efficient depending on how panels are shaded.
When I move from 2S5P to 2S10P I'll be getting a second Victron 250V/100A MPPT.
