Bluebird folks, HELP flashers

We went through wires today from the driver's side panel to the light bulbs and found a Short the PO created in the rear and 2 bulbs were corroded.

After those fixes, there still is nothing flashing or emergency flashing. I linked some pictures.

I found an ad for a yellow flasher bu tin the same add was a black box, If you have the Yellow flasher does it require the black box? Included some picts of the black box ads. Also in by the relays there are 4 boxes marked 12-1 any idea what they are?

thanks in advance, really need to get the flashers fixed and get the bus moved.
