Any luck? Did you figure it out? My clearance lights stopped working also. I have not tried troubleshoot it yet except to look at the fuses a few times and replace them. I’m still not sure what fuse the clearance lights are on. I’m going to be replacing all the clearance lights with LED so will fix it then. Ive already replaced the lower lights. I don’t think it’s my light switch because the lower running lights work. It might be a kinked wire going up to the clearance lights.

Also need help with clearance/marker lights.

08 Gmc Savana 6.6 BlueBird

So annoyed. I noticed a loose rear brake bulb so like a fool I stuck some wire behind it to make it tighter inside the socket which overloaded the circuit and killed both my brake lights and clearance marker lights. Under the hood i found a burnt aux stomp lamp fuse which fixed my brake lights when i replaced it, but my clearance/marker lights still remain dead. I have no idea how to identify anything in the blue bird fuse panel even though i have access to all the wiring diagrams,(Hard to read as a novice.) there are only two actual replaceable fuses in the bus fuse panel the rest are self resetting breakers. Any help is greatly appreciated I gotta get these damn kids to school!!!

I still have not fixed my clearance lights either. I’m considering fixing them by of removing them from the starter battery circuit and connecting them to my house battery circuit. Then I can use them as yard lights. But I’m replacing them with LED first.
The springs in light bulb sockets can be a hassle. If they are stuck (causing a loose bulb) I spray WD40 in them and push them in and out and sometimes they free up again. But replacing with LED is my preferred option now.
