Electrical POWER- Batt2Batt system schematic? HELP

Hey all,

For my electrical system, I decided to charge my batteries using a high powered 12V alternator (120A output at idle) and a Sterling 120A 12V Battery to battery charger between my leisure batteries and starter batteries.

https://www.12voltplanet.co.uk/sterl...v12v-120a.html

My battery system will be 4 6v Trojan T-105 batteries wired in series and parallel for 12V output at 500AH.

I’ll be running a fridge, A/C unit, microwave, and a few other smaller devices.

I’ve got a big ass fuse box and I’m just confused about how to hook all this together properly. What components will I need to hook all this together and run outlets in the bus?

I’m mainly confused about what gauge wires to use and how to hook the outlets together to the fuse box and battery.

Would anyone be so kind as to draw me a schematic?

Helpful links, schematics, and specific products are super helpful.

I’m such a novice when it comes to electrical stuff, and the sheer amount of info is daunting. Help a brother out!!

Thanks to all.

I can't help too much, other than to advise you to read as much as you can. There are tons of resources out there in the various conversion forums and websites. One source I found particularly helpful was this van conversion site:

https://faroutride.com/electrical-system/

It gives a pretty good overview of an electrical system for mobile applications. Helped me understand how to wire the various pieces of equipment anyway. There's a lot to take in if this is all new to ya! There's some pretty sharp minds on this forum too, so don't be afraid to ask questions and definitely do some research of your own.
